Course Description

“A leader is anyone who takes responsibility for people or processes.” — Brené Brown

What’s keeping you small? Professionals in today's modern workplace are working in unprecedented climates of change, innovation and demand. To meet these demands, we must be ready and able to work from a place of courage rather than fear, and learn to stand with our arms wide open in times of uncertainty. Thankfully, courage is something that everyone can learn. Based on the work of researcher Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage-building skills program. Together, we’ll explore the four skills of courageous leadership:

  • Tolerating vulnerability
  • Living from deeply defined values
  • Brave trust
  • Learning to rise when we fall

Join this group of diverse but like-minded professionals from across industries for two days on a topic that will both challenge and encourage you! Further information is available at Dare to Lead.

Dare to Lead™ programs are not eligible for any discounts.
