Course DescriptionIn this two-day workshop, we will build on the fundamentals of clinical supervision to focus on the safe and effective use of self in the supervisory relationship and the social worker/client relationship. Significant attention will be paid to issues of diversity, equity, power and ethics and to dealing with supervisory and clinical impasses. This highly collaborative and dialogue-based workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to consult on areas of curiosity, struggle and pride in their own practice.
