Course Description

Hours: 12

Have you ever been stuck – really stuck – during an acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) session and couldn't even guess why? In this two-day workshop, we will unpack the foundational pillars of ACT –  its theory of language and cognition, relational frame theory (RFT) and its philosophy of science, functional contextualism (FC) – to help you make sense of therapeutic impasses, construct new ACT interventions with your clients in the moment, and deepen your understanding of ACT processes.
