The Power of Positive Emotion to Foster Resilience
This program will illuminate the importance of emotions in building resilience and well-being. The session will explore the science of positive emotions and the important role they play in cultivating creativity, resilience and connection. The role negative emotions play in fostering a healthy environment will also be explored. Participants will be taught about the core facets of emotional intelligence adn how to cultivate emotional intelligence at work and in life.

Building Resilience During Challenging Times
This program will identify key areas to support well-being and resilience during intensely stressful times. The program will focus on the role of strengths, emotions and mindfulness to reduce stress.

Discover Your Strengths
When individuals use their strengths there is an increase in overall engagement, productivity and wellbeing. Discover Your Strengths program will help employees understand the power of working in their strengths. The program will allow individuals to identify their strengths, develop strategies to leverage their strengths, and unique ideas on how to find flow at work. This program is a critical step to help individuals and organizations realize their full potential.

Mindfulness at Work
The Mindfulness at Work is focused on cultivating mindfulness to enhance the experience at work and in all facets of life. We will examine the facets of mindfulness; the role mindfulness plays in reducing stress and strategies to cultivate it in your life.

Meghan Kirwin (MSc, MBA, CAPP)
Meghan’s mission is to empower individuals, teams and entrepreneurial organizations to thrive. Meghan is passionate about facilitating positive change with the individuals and organizations she works with. Meghan founded her own business in 2004 and in her role as mentor, coach and facilitator has focused on building thriving workplaces. Meghan has developed her businesses with a single focus of supporting individuals and organizations to realize their full potential through the application of positive psychology. Meghan has instructed in our Positive Psychology program since its inception in 2016 and is currently our lead facilitator for our Positive Psychology Certificate.
Meghan has completed a Masters of Science in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of East London, England, one of the leading universities in the field of positive psychology and a Master of Business Administration from Laurier specializing in Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. She also completed a Certificate in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP) from the Wholebeing Institute, where she studied under Dr. Tal Ben Shahar from Harvard University.
