Course Description

Hours: 12

This two-day Level II course provides advanced CBT skills for treating symptoms of depression. Moving beyond behaviour activation and foundational CBT skills, this course will focus on identifying and changing Rules for Living and Core Beliefs. Special topics of loneliness, rumination and pessimism will also be included.

Prerequisites

To be eligible for CBT Level II, you must have completed Level I: Fundamentals of CBT or Level I: CBT for Chronic Illness and Diabetes Management (or an approved equivalent).
