Course Description

This module of the Decolonizing Education Certificate by the Centre for Indigegogy covers issues related to governance, policy and land. It may cover topics such as treaties, the Indian Act, reserves, federal and provincial governance jurisdictions, and the United Nations on the Declaration of Rights for Indigenous Peoples.
