Course Description
This two-day workshop covers introductory circle protocols, processes, and applications to working, teaching, and learning in circle. Participants will have the opportunity to reflect on their experience participating in and facilitating circle, in addition to experiences shared by the facilitator. Circle work offers wholistic ways of teaching, decision-making, governance, and group work. In this virtual real-time session, participants will learn about the principles and philosophy that inform circle work.
Course Outline
This module will:

Demonstrate circle facilitation protocols, processes, and philosophies.

Guide learners through the wholistic pedagogies of circle work.

Begin exploring applications of circle process to working, learning, and teaching.
Learner Outcomes
Participants will:

Experientially learn about circle protocols, processes, and philosophies.

Reflect upon experiences of circle, as well as consider use cases for circle methodology in their own work and life.

Add the wholistic methodology of circle work to their professional knowledge bundles.
