Course Description
This Professional Development course, applicable for any team member, not just team leads, allows you to explore the factors that enhance and inhibit team development. - Completing various assessments.
- Completing a group decision making activity (typically online).
- Exploring a synergistic problem-solving model and a Group Styles Inventory.
- Assessing areas for improvement for workshop participant groups.
- Team development models and tools for back at work.
- Exploring actions individuals can take back to work to improve groups/teams.
