Course Description

This engaging professional development course invites participants to examine the dynamics involved in conflict within the workplace, and the elements that contribute to its entrenchment, management or resolution. Through the use of case studies, conversation and reflection this workshop offers practical tools and skills to address conflict in productive ways with compassion and confidence.
